Cancellation Policy

As class sizes at Chestergate Pottery are very small, cancellations have a significant impact on the studio. If you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 14 days' notice before the course start date.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course begins are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to a future course (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course starts are non-refundable, unless your place can be filled from the waitlist. If your spot is filled, you will receive a refund or be offered a transfer to a future course.

• Once the course has commenced, missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
